Day of Event:
· Ceremony preparation
· Serve as Host during ceremony and reception (Greet and answer guest questions)
· Wedding Party line up (At Ceremony and Reception Grand Entrance)
· Photographer and/or Videographer assistance (gathering of bride/groom, family, etc.)
· Ensure Itinerary is kept on schedule
· Distribute final payments to vendors
· Decorate honeymoon suite on wedding night (if needed)
· Coordinate collection of gifts, cake tops, guest books, returning of rental items at the end of the evening
· Emergency Kit
· Two coordinators assigned to your account on day of event
