Day of Event:

• Ceremony preparation
• Serve as Host during ceremony and reception (Greet and answer guest questions)
• Court of honor line up (At Ceremony and Reception Grand Entrance)
• Photographer and/or Videographer assistance (gathering of Quinceañera/Sweet 16, court of honor, family, etc.)
• Ensure Itinerary is kept on schedule
• Distribute final payments to vendors
• Coordinate collection of gifts, cake tops, guest books, returning of rental items at the end of the evening

• Full Service Event Planning – All Inclusive Packages. Prices vary depending on guest size, services requested and location of event.

• A Blessed Occasion, Inc. can be retained as your event advisor on a per hour basis. Time will be kept in 15 minute increments. Additional fees incurred will be discussed with the customer accordingly.
• Event day services include travel time to meetings, rehearsal and ceremony within 1 hour of Deltona, FL area. Any travel time beyond this point, will be discussed with customer accordingly. Travel expenses will be discussed with customer during initial meeting.
• A Blessed Occasion, Inc. will retain an accurate record of all expenses accrued during planning of event and a statement can be provided at any time. These fees will also be shared with customer during our planning meetings.
